Now known as ‘Sports City, USA,’ Frisco recently negotiated a deal with the PGA to move its Florida headquarters to the city. This move will bring additional revenue to the area with the promise of major championship golf returning to Texas for the first time in over 50 years.

The Frisco Heritage Museum is dedicated to the history of North Texas and Frisco. As you walk through the museum, enjoy the little villages designed to take you back in time through historical eras by offering local artifacts, old photos, and old-fashioned cinemas. Children and adults of all ages will enjoy spending the day learning here. 

With over 150 contemporary sculptures featured, the Texas Sculpture Garden is the place where local artists show off their creativity. The garden was expertly designed to showcase its landscaping, with networks of walking trails and water features that create a mesmerizing experience. 

Sci-Tech Discovery Center is an educational exhibit about current and future technologies. Intended for both children and adults, guests can learn about upcoming technologies and understand how the world works. 

With your choice of four golf courses, Frisco is the perfect location for those who enjoy spending time out on the links. Frisco Lakes Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course located within the Del Webb Frisco Lakes Community, between Little Elm and The Colony. Plantation Golf Club is a beautiful 6,402-yard, par-72 championship golf course designed by Richard Ellis. The Trails of Frisco Golf club is one of the DFW metroplex premier 18-hole course, featuring dramatic bunkering, scenic wetlands, and large, undulating Champion greens. The Westin Stonebriar was designed by America’s #1 golf course designer, Tom Fazio.
