There is something so special about helping someone accomplish a goal, and since 2003 I’ve made it my passion to help as many people as possible accomplish their goal of becoming homeowners.
Hi, I’m Cindy Peters, and I am an award-winning real estate agent that services the cities of northern Collin County. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone from all walks of life. It doesn’t matter if you’re a first-time homebuyer who is scared and excited about owning your first home or you’re someone who’s preparing to purchase the home of your dream; maybe you’re a family who’s in need of land to run your farm and ranch or an investor ready to grow your portfolio. When you partner with me as your real estate agent, my number one goal is to provide you with the highest quality of service.
Why do people choose me to represent them in their real estate transactions? Simple, when you combine my real estate knowledge with my background in marketing and my experience as a paralegal, you will quickly notice that I have the unique skill of matching my clients with the perfect home. I pay close attention to all the details of a transaction, offer strong negotiation skills, and have a knack for helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.
When people ask me the secret to my success, I tell them that it is my family. My daughter Shelby is a mechanical engineer who lives in Houston, and my son Nate attends middle school in Celina. He definitely keeps my husband and me young at heart. We are lucky enough to live in a historic home that was built in 1906, and when it is time to relax, you’ll find us with a glass of wine on the front porch, sharing stories with our friends or working up a sweat on our Peloton.
Being active in the local community allows me the opportunity to meet and network with new people, and that is why I’m currently serving on the Chamber of Commerce board in Celina. Owning a small business is the true American dream, and I consider myself lucky to help and guide those who are working toward making Collin County a great place to live, work, and play.
